Research Analyst / Junior Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Compile and format data from multiple sources and systems to create reports

  • Including web-research, industry data research, research of latest studies

  • Audit reports for accuracy prior to delivery

  • Create new forms/reports as needed

  • Develop customer presentations in Power Point utilizing a framework of pre-defined charts, analytical presentations following a framework according to use-cases

  • Participate in special projects as needed

  • Type, proofread, and format correspondence and reports

 

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University (Finance, Information Technology or Business Administration preferred)

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Advanced MS Excel skills

  • Advanced MS Power Point skills

  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Word skills

  • Comfortable knowledge with such functions as pivot tables, statistical tools

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all individuals at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize heavy workload and meet deadlines

  • Demonstrated history of being a self-starter with a strong work ethic and constant drive for improvement

  • Excellent attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills

  • Manage calendar / agenda of the team

  • Manage calls and emails for the company 

  • Organize  / align meetings with clients and the team

  • Support research activities of the team

  • Web-research, industry data research according to team requirements

  • Type, proofread, and format correspondence and reports

  • Print / prepare customer Power Point presentations

 

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College preferred

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • MS Word & Power Point skills

  • Ability to communicate to individuals at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Excellent organizational skills in office administration

  • Strong work ethic and constant drive for improvement

  • Attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills
